Postage & Delivery
All postage prices quoted are for 1st class delivery within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Once you have placed an order, we will endeavour to dispatch it as quickly as possibly.

Delivery within the UK is usually 2 to 3 working days from the date of order.

Delivery to the Europe and the rest of the world is possible - please contact us for postage costs and delivery times.

If an item is out of stock we will notify you by e-mail with an expected dispatch date. If you do not wish to wait you have the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund or changing your order to another item. If you choose to wait for delivery of the out of stock item we will e-mail you again when the item has been dispatched.

At Look How it Sparkles it is our aim to abide by the Office of Fair Trading rules on internet sales.

Cancelling Orders
You have the right cancel an order in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

We will refund to you the full purchase price, if notified in writing, by fax or by e-mail within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Goods must be returned at your own expense, by Recorded Delivery, in original packaging / unused and in saleable condition to: Look How It Sparkles, 44 Archer Road, Waltham, Grimsby, N.E. Lincolnshire, England, DN37 0UE.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, in the unlikely event, that the goods are faulty upon receipt, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for the goods to be returned to us at our cost.
